This package contains the preset izi brez meja tariff. It is intended for users who make frequent international calls from Slovenia.

Three steps for activating the iziSIM
1. Remove the iziSIM card from the iziCarriercard and insert it in your mobile phone
2. Switch on the mobile phone and key in the PIN code printed on the iziCarriercard
3. Key in the combination *181# and press the call button.

Recharging your or somebody else's iziCredit
1. With an iziBon (Voucher) or the key combination:
- to recharge your iziCredit, key in:
*181* 16-digit number# and press the call button
- to recharge somebody else's iziCredit, key in:
*181* 16-digit number*telephone number of the iziUser whose credit you are recharging# and press the call button
While roaming in the network of a foreign operator, recharging with key combination is possible only if the foreign service provider supports the service of key combination transmissions.
2. Through the Margento POS terminal:
- To recharge without entering the 16-digit code, simply place the mobile phone against the POS terminal.

3. Though our website with up to 5 % bonus:
-Recharging through the https://www.izimobil.si/napolniracun.cp2?linker=1&helpbox=2 website is paid with credit cards which have been issued in Slovenia (Eurocard / MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club), or your web bank (AbaNet, NLB Klik).
Check status and validity of your iziCredit:
1.Key in the key combination *181# and press the call button. Your mobile phone display shows the current credit and validity date.

SMS: This service is activated automatically when the iziSIM is activated. If it does not happen, enter the number of the SMS centre +386 41 001 333 in the SMS settings of your mobile phone.
Data transfer – GPRS/EDGE/UMTS
Activation: SMS IZIGPRS to 1918 and activate this service.

Call waiting: Select the ‘Call waiting’ option in the Settings section of your mobile phone and ‘activate’ the option or enter the key combination *43# and press the call button.
Calls to special numbers and 090 numbers: Call the toll free number 051 800 800 from the iziMobileNumber for which you wish to activate/deactivate this service. First read the Usage conditions of this service very carefully on the website http://www.izimobil.si/izicene.cp2?cid=C3B7CBBA-DDF9-D728-A49C-683BA8938AAC&linkid=24. Services are payable.
Voicemail: Call the toll free number 051 800 800 from the iziMobileNumber for which you wish to activate/deactivate this service.
In order to activate the voicemail, you need to divert the calls to the telephone number + 386 51 100 000. The default password for every voicemail is 0000.
In order to hear messages in your voicemail, call the number 051 102 000, enter your password and press #.
Validity of the recharge and iziCredit
Up to 90 days – The 90 day period begins on the day of the iziCredit recharge. You can freely use all iziServices within this period. With each new recharge, a new 90 day period begins.
After 90 days – 90 days after the last recharge of the iziCredit, your iziSIM will be locked temporarily. During that time, you can only dial the emergency numbers 112 and 113 or the customer service under the toll free number 051 800 800 and recharge your iziCredit. The iziSIM will be unlocked once you recharge the iziCredit.
After 270 days – Your iziSIM will be locked 270 days after the last recharge. You will lose the unused iziCredit and the iziMobileNumber. iziSIM cannot be unlocked.
Complaints
While processing complaints and grievances, the General Conditions and Usage Conditions for services of izi mobil d.d. given on the website www.izimobil.si will be considered.
Complaints are processed by our customer service through the toll free number 051 800 800.
If the customer service cannot resolve the grievance, the user must send it to the following address in writing:

iziUser must submit complaints regarding iziCredit, iziCarriercard or iziVoucher in writing in a complaint form. The complaint form must contain the following information: First name and surname of the iziUser, address of the iziUser, telephone number of the iziUser, place and date of the purchase of the product or service complained about, description of fault.
iziCarriercard or iziVoucher complained about, a copy of the account statement or the invoice must be attached to the complaint form.
The complaint will be entertained only if the purchase was made from an authorised sales counter.
